1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 5z777 platform and all its associated services. In this document, "Platform" refers to the 5z777bet.cam website and its related mobile applications. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who is registered or attempting to register on this platform.

By accessing the platform, opening an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have read these Terms in full and accepted them without condition. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

These Terms are valid in both Bengali and English. If there is any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Account Registration

You can only access all services and games on 5z777 by opening an active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any earnings from those accounts will be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5z777 may request identity verification at any time prior to a withdrawal or bonus claim. This may include submitting a National ID card, passport, or other valid government-issued document. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete. Submitting fraudulent or forged documents will result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account to the 5z777 support team immediately.

Remember: Never share your password or OTP with anyone — even if someone claims to be a 5z777 representative. No 5z777 representative will ever ask for your password or OTP.

3 Age and Eligibility

All 5z777 services are available only to persons aged 21 (twenty-one) or above. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to use this platform. For ages 21+ only

By completing registration, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You are participating on this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
  • You are betting or playing using your own funds.
  • You are not operating the account on behalf of a third party or as a representative of any professional team.
Warning: Allowing minors to use this platform or operating an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5z777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may be longer if identity verification or additional security checks are required.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit come from your own legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal or suspicious activity. 5z777 reserves the right to verify the source of any transaction.

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

If funds are incorrectly credited to an account due to a technical error, 5z777 reserves the right to correct this. Such funds must not be used or withdrawn.

5 Bonus Terms

5z777 currently offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times.

Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200. You must place ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.1 Additional Bonus Conditions

  • The first-deposit bonus applies only once per account.
  • Identity verification must be completed before claiming a bonus.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • If misuse or manipulation of the bonus system is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on 5z777 is governed by the following general rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

5z777 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, pricing mistake, or unusual circumstances. The full stake will be refunded for any cancelled bet.

6.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings limit may apply to each bet or game session, which may vary by game or market. If winnings exceed the set limit, only the amount up to the limit will be paid out.

6.3 Match Fixing and Collusion

Attempting to predetermine or influence the outcome of any event, or placing bets in coordination with others to exploit the system, is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related bets will be cancelled and the account closed.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds may change rapidly during live events. If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, 5z777 will apply the odds at the time of confirmation.

7 Personal Data and Privacy

5z777 is committed to protecting users' personal data. Information collected during registration and transactions is used only for service operations, identity verification, and security purposes. All data transfers are secured using SSL encryption. Your personal and financial information will never be sold or distributed to anyone other than authorised third parties.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5z777 platform:

  1. Providing false information when creating or managing an account.
  2. Impersonating another person or operating an account on their behalf.
  3. Opening multiple accounts with the intent to misuse bonuses or promotional benefits.
  4. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
  5. Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for gain.
  6. Money laundering or attempting to legitimise funds from illegal sources through the platform.
  7. Harassing other members or staff, or engaging in offensive behaviour.
  8. Copying or distributing the platform's web content, data, or code without authorisation.

If sufficient evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, 5z777 will take immediate action and reserves the right to pursue legal proceedings against the person concerned.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

5z777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or unusual activity.
  • Information provided at registration found to be false or misleading.
  • Direction from a government or law enforcement authority.
  • Risk of the account's security being compromised.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, the account will be deactivated after the available balance has been processed for withdrawal; however, any bonus balance with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be cancelled.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
